In Hyrule, everything you find can be useful.

There are various goods that you can use for battle, cooking, and crafting. These goods are weapons, ingredients, ores, and potions. They're also used to upgrade your armor.

You can find these everywhere in the land of Hyrule. They're easy to spot, but you'll need to keep exploring.

For your inventory upgrades, speak to Hetsu.

First, you can find him on the path to Kakariko Village.

To get him to upgrade his inventory, you must complete the quest: "The priceless Maracas."

You can find him again, at least if he leaves. He'll leave after a few upgrades, but you can find him again in a few stables.

After a few upgrades, he will leave the village and go to the Korok forest where he will stay permanently.

Korok seeds are hidden around the map. You will explore and solve puzzles to find them.

Following yellow flowers, they can be found under rocks, and by completing puzzles which are all scattered around the world.

You can upgrade your armor in exchange for monster parts in fairy fountains.

All armor can be upgraded.

As you progress through the game, you need to collect various materials for each armor piece. So go ahead and gather as many materials as you can find.

There are four total fairy fountains hidden in Hyrule, and finding them will help you level up all of your armor.

Hyrule is riddled with enemy camps.

There are camps of monsters in the area. They have weapons and materials that you can get by defeating them.

To unlock the purple skull-shaped, you must defeat all of the enemies in that camp.

These chests are useful. They may contain valuable ores and weapons.

If you want to upgrade your runes, you need to go to the Hateno Ancient Tech Lab.

You're not able to upgrade runes yet. You must first complete a quest called Locked Mementos.

Upgrade your runes by bringing Purah some ancient materials. These can be found by defeating guardians.

There are three upgradable runes: the Sheikah Sensor, Remote Bomb, and Stasis.

In the game, you will find a lot of different foods and recipes.

Food can help you heal. It can increase your attack and resistance, and also refill your stamina.

You can mix and match different ingredients to find new meals that can help.

In addition to food, you can make elixirs by mixing monster parts with some of the ingredients.

A tower is a must-have in every region. You should make unlocking towers a priority when you move to a new region.

These towers help you reveal more of the map and also help you see interesting locations.

There are many places to go and explore in Hyrule and it sometimes gets to aoverwhelming to explore all of it.

To help you manage what place you want to explore next, you can use your map to mark it out by putting a stamp on it.

This helps you remember where the interesting location is and will help you easily find it again once you're finished exploring other places.

Shrines can be found scattered all around Hyrule. These shrines usually have a lot of rewards within.

These can range from weapons, ores or even new pieces of armor.

At the end of the shrine, you'll be able to get spirit Orbs.

Once you collect 4 of these you can exchange them at goddess statues which can be found in any major settlement.

Some towns have shops of their own. it is best to start checking these for useful items.

Towns usually have general stores that sell ingredients or even an armor shop where you can buy new pieces of armor. It is also the best place to sell items to get more Rupees.
