Some extra options, texture quality, clearer setting for sharpness, and AMD’s Ultra Quality FSR is not available through the game’s interface.
The game already offers support for FSR, but it doesn’t offer Ultra Quality settings.

You need to edit the video.scr file to turn on Ultra Quality.
You can use Notepad to edit video.scr by dragging it in.
It only mentions 0,1,2, but setting the upscaling to 3 will actually launch the ultra quality FPS option.
To get the full FSR Ultra Quality setting you need Scale3D at 0.77, FSR at 1.000000, Upscaler at 3 and Upscaling at 3 as well.
