Wolf Man's Identity Revealed (Red Dead Redemption 2)

The Feral man is someone you can find in roanoke valley near the old tomb, If you follow him back to his cave you can find his journal.

It was written by him when he was a little boy, It mostly about the relationship between him and his father, And that his father was the reason why the wolf man decided to run away.

The feral man is connected to this chance encounter which you can find in rhodes, Not many people know that the gunsmith could be the wolf man's father, he keeps a man dressed up as a boy in his basement and thinks that's his son.

It's implied that the gunsmith's real son is no longer with him.

Losing a young child explains the father's psycotic behaviour, The son's age is about the same as the wolf man's when he ran away, It's possible that they're the same man and it was feral man who ran away from the gunsmith before being raised by wolves.

The boy mentions in the journal his dog named cooter.

There are pictures of cooter in the gun store.

In the journal the boy gets a shotgun for his birthday from his father.

That's why there's a case with a weapon in the basement, it was probably a gift from the gunsmith to the kidnapped man.

The feral man mentions how he was scrubbed in a bathtub.

That's why the father put a bathtub here and possible bathed the man in it.

The feral man hated hunting but his old man loved it.

From all the pets and pictures in the gun store, you can see that the gunsmith loves hunting as well.

What the journal implies is that even thought the feral man was bad at hunting, he was good at and enjoyed fishing.

That's why when he was little he drew a picture of fishing with his dad, In the right corner of the drawing you can see the wod "Feeney".

It's most likely his last name, as there are graves with such a last name here in Rhodes, This one could belong to his mother.

North of annesburg you can find a hermit with a unique shotgun.

Its style is similar to the one the feral man received for his birthday.

The filigree decoration matches wolf man's shotgun, But the engraving on the stock wasn't mentioned in his journal, On the other hand it's a strange coincidence that it portrays a boy hunting quails and pheasants with his dog.

Just like a feral man was when he was little.

The house doesn't have anything that would suggest that the hermit is related to the fedral man, The engraving might be pure coincidence, Or the shotgun may have belonged to the father before being stolen by the hermit.
