The first thing you will need to do is make your way to Ledecestrescire, head into the village and challenge the guy to drink off.
You have to beat him at drinking to get the clue next. The clue talks about a water mill. After that, make your way down on the western side, and there will be a house next to the water mill. Enter the house, and you will find the last clue, which will give you the target’s location.
Afterwards, go to Repton near the water and use your Odin vision to find the red target. You will need to assassinate him to get the order member down.
