It is an extra accomplishment that can be unlocked on your Rockstar Games Social Club account.
The trophy will unlock naturally by playing through the “Badlands” part of the story, as you need to spend 24 hours on foot in the countryside.
“81 Years Too Late” refers to the year in which Red Dead Redemption takes place, 81 years before the events of GTA: San Andreas.
A similar achievement called “Six Years in the Making” in Red Dead Redemption: Undead Nightmare referred to the time between the releases of San Andreas and RDR.
