Located in a ruined building outside of Corvega.
Head to Cambridge polymer labs.
Apply for a job.
Free lab coat (+2 intelligence).
Head to diamond city.
Make your way to the Dugout Inn.
Buy Whiskey from Vadim for grape mentats.
And rent a room.
Nighty night.
Newsboy cap +1 chrisma (if you couldn't find the milita hat).
Head down to Fallon's Basement.
Check for army fatigues and a green rag hat.
Do the interview with piper for easy XP.
Wear INT boosting items for more XP.
Drop all non-essential items off at a workbench.
Head to the Boston public library.
Watch out for the doggies on the way.
