You must complete the Chasm Spelunkers world quest to unlock this quest.

Talk to Anton

Teleport to the Main Mining Area south waypoint and head west into the cave.

Talk to Anton and give him any four food items.

Give the Fatui Some Food

Defeat the Fatui Forces

Defeat the incoming Fatui enemies, then talk to Anton again.

Talk to Anton

Go to the Supply Station to Look for Clues

Teleport to the Ad-Hoc Main Tunnel west waypoint and glide south.

Interact with the book on the wooden table.

Defeat the Attacking Treasure Hoarders

Defeat both Treasure Hoarders to retrieve Yanbo’s note.

Find Yanbo’s Note and Give It to the Fatui

Teleport back to the Main Mining Area south waypoint and head west into the cave.

Talk to Anton again to complete the world quest.
