When you shoot the bullet with Rafael, the gunshot will be hidden on a map for 8 seconds, and the cool downtime required for his ability is 90 seconds. You can use his abilities again after sixty seconds.
When you reach the maximum level of Rafael, you can hide your gunshot for 8 seconds and the cooldown time will be 40 seconds, and you can use his abilities again after forty seconds.
If you want to kill the enemy without being spotted, you have to tap on the suppressor button located under the right fire button, as shown in the image below.
With the help of this button, you can hide your shot from the map for 8 seconds; this character’s ability works on all the guns in the game.
