All Houses, Perks, and Locations in Forza Horizon 5
This guide covers all house locations and their names in Forza Horizon 5. You will also learn the price of each house, along with brief details about their perks.
The first house is located in Mulegé, and its name is Casa Bella. It is a free starter house that you receive during the campaign.
The next house is La Cabaña, located on the left side of the map. Purchasing this house does not grant any perks. You need 150,000 credits to buy it.
The next house is Buena Esperanza, located near the swampy area. You need 700,000 credits to purchase this house, and it does not include any perks.
The next house is a beach house called Lugar Tranquilo. It costs 700,000 credits. After purchasing it, you can earn Accolades by taking a picture of your car in Photo Mode.
The next house is La Casa Solariega, located in the center of the map. You can purchase it for 1,500,000 credits. This house grants double Forzathon points as a perk.
The next house is Buenas Vistas, located near the coast on the left side of the map. You need 2,000,000 credits to buy this beach house. Its perk allows you to fast travel to any road on the map.
The final house is Hotel Castillo, located at the top-middle of the map. It is the most expensive house, costing 5,000,000 credits. Purchasing this house rewards you with a free Wheelspin every day.
