Burglary Guide – GTA San Andreas

This guide will let you know how to unlock the Sticky Fingers trophy in Grand Theft Auto San Andreas.

To start the burglar side mission, you will need a black Boxville; you can easily find one parked in Ganton, Los Santos.

There’s another in Doherty, San Fierro.

And the last one in Pilgrim, Las Venturas.

You can play the side mission anywhere, but it’s better to do it in Los Santos due to the high number of houses to loot.

Once the side mission starts, you will need to reach a house with a conical checkpoint in front of the main door.

The NPCs inside the house are normally asleep.

You have to move silently and avoid noises, or they will wake up and fight you or call the police.

In the latter case, you will need to exit the house before the timer runs out or raise the wanted level to three stars.

On some occasions, the inhabitants will already be awake upon entering the home.

Sometimes, there can also be a whole house full of gang members-Especially in gang Turfs.

In both cases, you will need to leave the house and go to a different one or kill the inhabitants.

Doing so will raise your wanted level, but at the same time, you will be free to move normally inside the house.

Whatever your approach, you can steal everything you want.

Televisions, VCRs, Consoles, Stereos, and even microwaves can be taken and placed inside the Boxville.

You have up until 6:00 AM to loot houses; after 6:00 AM, you must unload all of the stolen items at the marked garage.

The money you can earn from burglaries depends on the number of stolen items: number of items 2×20=Money.

For example, if you steal ten items, you’ll earn a total of $2,000(102+=100×20=2000).

Total: 16 Items worth $5120

To complete the burglar side mission, you will need to earn a minimum of $10,000 from the stolen items.

Burglary missions complete: $3000

You don’t have to retrieve all items in a single run, but you’re free to do it in multiple sessions. On completion, you’ll receive a bonus reward of $3000, and Cj will acquire infinite sprinting ability.

To unlock the trophy/achievement “Sticky Fingers”, you will need to continue looting houses until you earn a minimum of $50,000.

Total: 17 items worth $570

Burglary mission ended

Or in other words, you can loot a minimum of 50 items from the houses.

You can always check the amount of money made by burglars in the stats menu.
