Where is the save game folder in Dark Souls: Remastered?
There are two locations of the Dark Souls: Remastered save file. If you can’t find it in the first location, you can go to the next one.
- You can find the Dark Souls: Remastered save file in your user directory. You have to open Windows Explorer and navigate to Documents. After that, go to NBGI, and double-click on DARK SOULS REMASTERED -> 1638.
Example – C:\Users\%UserName%\Documents\NBGI\DARK SOULS REMASTERED\1638
- You have to go to Documents and double-tap on “NBGI” Then you need to tap on DARK SOULS REMASTERED to access the file.

How Do I Install the Save File?
First, you will need to download the save game file and extract it with the help of WinZip. After that, you have to copy the save file to a save games location and make sure to have a backup of your save.
