First, you have to reinstall your antivirus cheat files; you need to open your file explorer and head over to the drive-in, where you save the Elden Ring. Then you need to go to program files and follow the path Program files > Steam > Steam App > Common > Elden Ring > Game > EasyAntiCheat. In the easy anti cheat folder, you have to delete all of the files in the folder.
Once you delete it, you need to open the Steam app, tap over to the library tab, right click on the Elden Ring, and tap over to the properties option. From the left menu, you need to go to the local files tab, select verify the integrity of game files, and wait until it is done. You need to play the Elden Ring when it is done, and there will be no error.
If the error remains the same, you need to make sure that you have the latest windows version.
