This guide will provide you with the easiest way to PIRATE LEGEND for new players in Sea of Thieves. You have to go through the guide and follow the step-by-step instructions.
If you want to be a pirate legend, you have to be on Rank 50 with the gold hoarders, the order of souls, and the merchant alliance, as shown in the image below.
After joining the game, your first goal is to get all factions to rank 15. When it is done, you can unlock the emissary license with twenty thousand, and you can also get the rewards by raising the emissary flag, as shown in the image below.
You also have to buy voyages from the people in the order of the soul, and there are two ways to level up the reputation rank. The first method is you have to play the game at a slow pace during your learning process, and the second method involves bringing someone in your game which is already a pirate legend with a rank of 50.
It depends on what type of thing you are selling to increase your reputation. If you are selling a lot of gold, you will get a similar amount of experience for the rank, so you have to sell very high-value items. You can get high-valued items from the world events like “skull in the sky”, as shown in the image below.
The skull leads you to a fort where you will fight with waves of skeletons, and when you complete it, you will get a key in the end. Grab it, go under the main building and use the key to open the door, and you will get treasures.
But in most world events, you will get robbed by the reaper. When the skull or any picture disappears from the sky, it indicates that a reaper is coming to rob you.
You can also fight with skeletons, sloops or skeleton galleons if you have a bigger crew, and these are the best way to get different types of loot for each of three factions gold orders, order of souls or the merchant alliance.
When you see a Megalodon, you have to go after him, and when you see the skeletons sloops, you have to turn around and destroy them because you can get the easy loot of various kinds to level up your rank from them.
Just to let you know that the skeleton sloops and megalodons are quite random, but they don’t usually come when you are near the other islands. You will need to use your harpoon to pick up loot instead of swimming in the water.
You can also make voyages for one of the factions. It follows a path from one outpost to another in The Merchant Alliance, you will get most of the loot at the next outpost, and you can sell them very quickly; when you find the key, you will get the extra stuff.
Look for the birds in the sky, then you have to jump inside the water, and you find a ship there. You have to get inside that ship, and you will find a lot of treasure inside the room, as shown in the image below.
After finding this treasure, you will see that your emissary grade is also increased. After finding this loot, you will get two hundred and fifty percent of the original value when you reach grade five. When you sell anything, you will get a hundred and fifty percent extra on the actual price.
You will get a lot of gold and a higher affection rank in grade five because of the higher grade. So you have to get as much loot as you can when you are in grade five.
The reapers will also rob you when you have the grade five flag, so you have to be careful with them. When you are done with your game, you have to trade in your ranked five flags from the same place where you got the emissary flag, complete the trade, and get 5000 gold.
In the early stages of the game, you have to do a Seoul’s faction because this is the easiest way to get the gold by hunting down the skeletons and then killing them, as shown in the image below.
In gold hoarder voyages, it requires puzzle-solving skills as you get the amps of different locations. And if you are a new user, it will require some time to understand what island you are looking at or how you find the X on the map.
If you want to go further in the game, you have to join the groups, you can use the “looking for groups” function button if you are playing on Xbox, and if you are playing on PC, you have to press the Windows key from the keyboard.
When you get to level 50 for all three of the merchant alliances, you have to go to the mysterious stranger at any tavern. Then talk to him, and it will begin your pirate legend adventure. In that tavern, you can play a song, and then you will see a staircase opening up in the ground, and that staircase goes to a pirate legend area, as shown in the image below.
In this location, you will also unlock athena’s fortune faction, from which you can earn reputation and unlock a bunch of pirate legend cosmetics. It costs a lot more gold than anything but only pirate legends can purchase these, so you can deck yourself out and unlock some rare things.
