Hawkeye first appeared in Fire Emblem: Blazing Blade. His appearance is bulky with a silver hair and he carries around a huge axe as his weapon of choice. He is a protector of the Nabata Desert and extremely loyal to Pent and Louise.

Advantages:
Hawkeye’s passive skills allow your unit to be granted additional ATK points. This is advantageous against enemies with high HP or for easy kills. He is also very durable which makes him a very useful attacker in your unit. Due to his special skill, he is also able to make a long-range attack in a wide area. He is your best bet for an offensive battle.
Disadvantages:
Despite his high durability and high attack stats, he is very slow. His base stat at 4 stars rarity is about 3-5 SPD. This makes Hawkeye’s attacks very slow. Due to that, there is a chance enemy units could dodge. This gives him a big disadvantage against enemy units with high attack speed.
Overall:
With Hawkeye’s base stats itself, he has high durability and attack power. He also has a very good attack damage from his passive skills that grant him +2 ATK and additional attack damage to enemy unit before even attacking.
Hawkeye’s biggest advantage is his attack power and durability. However, he has very slow attack speed which makes gives him a disadvantage against enemy units with higher attack speed. He is better suited against those with low HP, DEF or RES for easy kill.
A healer or long-ranged hero to assist Hawkeye will also help against those with high attack speed. That way he makes up for his weakness and higher survival rate. He’s better used for quick kills and as a tank hero.
