Comparing her to Reinhardt, she has an advantage over HP and SPD. She can also match Linde and Robin (M) in terms of HP and SPD but she has a great advantage of having a high RES.

Dire Thunder or Dime Thunder is a tome used by both Reinhardt (her brother) and Olwen. It gives SPD -5 against a foe and can make him attack twice.

Reposition is the same assist skill as Barst and Selena. It can move an adjacent ally to the opposite side of Olwen.
Passives Skills:

This skill can grant her RES (+2/+4/+6) if she initiated the attack and while the combat is on-going.

This skill can grant nearby allies RES (+2/+3) while the combat is on-going.

This skill can grant cavalry units within 2 spaces a DEF/RES +4 while the combat is on-going.
Olwen | Final Evaluation:
If we are going to base solely on Stats, Olwen has an edge over her brother Reinhardt. On Skills, Reinhardt has a good advantage over her sister. It is because he has a Blazing Thunder special move that can give damage to an area near his target. He also has a Vantage passive skill of countering his foes. Although, Olwen has a good amount of SPD that can give her a couple of blows, we recommend pulling Reinhardt instead.
