Her Grand Hero Battle is also the first challenge to include Lunatic difficulty. This difficulty will let you unlock her at a 4★ rarity. After her event, you can unlock her by choosing the Blue Orb. Her rarity is 3★ – 5★. She wields a Blue Tome with the movement speed of a Cavalry.

Her rarity can now be 3★ – 5★. Looking at her stats and comparing it to Linde (top ranking Blue Tome user), her DEF and RES at max is the same. Ursula falters on her HP, ATK, and SPD versus Linde.

Rising Thunder is like Reinhardt’s Special Skill. It can cause damage to foes in an area near the target. Growing Thunder works the same but can deal damage to a wider area.

• Threaten RES (1/2/3)

Ursula | Final Evaluation:
Ursula is a Blue Tome Unit riding a Cavalry. That means she has a 3 tile movement with 2 tile range. She can easily move and target an enemy. Her Growing Thunder Special Skill is great at chipping away the HP of nearby foes around her target. Looking at her stats, her ATK is looking gruesome at 39 max (level 40) compared to Linde’s 52 max (level 40). Her Death Blow 3 that can boost her ATK+6 and Threaten RES3 that can inflict RES-5 can help her soften an opponent before the kill.
Growing Thunder is unlocked on a 4★ Ursula for 300 SP. Both Death Blow and Threaten RES have a total of 350 SP costs each.
