You can turn into a witch in Crusader Kings III very easily. After becoming a witch, you can also turn the other characters into witches, leading to more witches in your family. You can become a witch through random event in the game. In this event, you will encounter a witch in the court, which turns you into a witch.
Once you become a witch, then the “Convert to Witchcraft” scheme will become available, and you will be able to turn other characters into witches. All you need to do is click on the character and then click on the 1 more option. There you have the “Convert to Witchcraft” scheme, and by clicking on it, you can turn the character into a witch.
Now come to the Decision tab on the right side of the screen, and click on the Found Witch Coven under the Major Decision, as you can see in the image below.
There are a few requirements to make a witch coven in the game. You must have to convert 60% of the household members into witches to make a Witch Coven. In Witch Coven, you will get the advantage of 10% more Fertility, a medium boost to health, 10% more Hostile Scheme Power, and 10% more Hostile Scheme Resistance.
