The first thing you will need to do is open your squad and select the player whose position you want to change. After that, press Apply Consumable on the card, and scroll to the position. There, you will find only one type of card as it is the position modifier, it will cost around 1.5 to 2000 coins OFF the market.
For the position change, you have to buy it and then press X on it. After that, select the position of your player as a player to have a few specific options in which his position can be changed. You cant change the position of the players again and again in FIFA 23.
