How to Add Any Custom Vehicle to a Fivem Server

In this guide, you will get to know how to add custom vehicles to the FiveM server. You need to follow the steps explained in the guide and have more fun playing the game. 

If you have a FiveM server, based locally or live, you can add vehicles like Audis, BMWs, Ferraris, etc. 

Firstly, you need to download WinRAR. Click on the given link to download it.

You also have to download the Open IV. Click on the given link to download it.

If you don’t have FiveM. Click on the given link to download it.

Now all you need to do is go to the link given below

Now come up to the Vehicles section and click on the Add-on option.

You may select the latest version from the options. And select the car according to your taste. In this guide, the 2013 Toyota GT86 has been chosen. You can also customize the car. Now you have to click on the Download button.  

Once you have downloaded the file, you need to grab the gt86 file to Desktop.

Now open the Open IV you installed earlier, and click on the Windows option under Grand Theft Auto V. 

Now find the GTA 5 folder and make a Mods folder because it makes it easier for you. Click on the Edit mode option and then on Yes. Now drag the gt86 file which you have on your Desktop to the Mods folder.  

Now you will need to open this file. Then dlc.rpf->common->data and copy all the data from here. 

You have to make another folder on your Desktop and name it as Data. Make another folder in the Data folder and name it gt86. Now paste the files you copied earlier.

After that, come up to the dlc.rpf and go to the x64->vehicles.rpf. You need to copy the files from there.

Make a new folder on your desktop and name it stream. It should be in lowercase letters. Then make another folder in the stream folder and name it gt86. Now paste the files which you have copied.

After that, go to the vehiclemods folder, which is in the x64 folder. Then open up the rfp file, copy all the files and paste them in the gt86.  

Now you have all the data of your vehicles in the Data folder which you have created earlier. All these metafiles contain data like where will your vehicle swap, the colour of your vehicles etc. Now go to the x64 folder and then the vehicles.rpf file. Go to any yfts, and you will be able to check the vehicle in a 3D model. 

Now all you need is to make a resource.lua. It will launch the resource inside the FiveM server and make the vehicle spawn in the game.

After that, make another folder and name it whatever you want. Drag the resource.lua, Data and Streams folder in the new folder. You can see that in the image below.

Now come up to your FiveM server and go to the resources->cars. Drag your New Folder, which you created to the resources packs folder. Head to the main sources of all your resources, and you will find your server cfg, open it up.

Come down to the end of your server cfg and type here ensure [name of the folder]. It will launch the resources inside of your cfg, don’t forget to save it.  

Now again, come up to the main sources of all your resources, and you will find your ServerStarter file, run it. You will see the resource pack of your folder, which ensures you that your resource pack is working. Now come up to the end of the program and type here restart [name of the folder].   

If you don’t remember the name of your car, you can check it by going to the car folder, then the pack folder you created, and go to the Data->gt86->vehicles.meta. 

Now spawn in your car, and you will get it.

Now you are done downloading a complete resource for it, and you can spawn inside your FiveM server and enjoy your game.
