This guide will let you know how to add vehicle mods in the cracked version of the Snow Runner manually as well as automatically.
Requirements:
- You need the Mod installer version 1.0.3.
- Create an account on the mod.io website.
- Install WinRAR or any equivalent file archiver.
- Install the Rift version of the game by CODEX.
Automatic Installation Method:
- After getting all the requirements, start the process by extracting the downloaded file of the Snow Runner mod installer.
- Run the setup.exe file once extraction is completed.
- Once the setup finishes the Installation, the Snow Runner Config window will appear for the mod.io.
- Enter your save game file path in the first input field.
- Then enter the email that you’ve used to register yourself on the mod.io website.
- The third input field requires an API key that can be found in the API access tab on the mod.io member dashboard.
- Click on the ‘Force New Token’ button, then also press the Get email code button to get it on your given email ID.
- After pasting the code press the ‘Get new token’ button.

- Subscribe to a mod and download it but remember to match the mod version with the game version to avoid compatibility issues.
- See all your mods under the Subscriptions tab on the dashboard.
Now go to your Snow Runner mod installer window and choose to install your favorite mods. You can install all the mods at once or one by one it depends on your bandwidth and the sizes of the mods. If takes too much time to install mods, they can be crashed.
For manual installation, download your mods, extract them, and put the files with a (.pak) extension inside a new folder. Rename the folder to the mod’s ID. Every mod has a unique ID. Now paste this folder into the mods folder of the .modio directory.
Now the final step is to add the Mod ID to your user_profile.DAT file inside the base folder of the SnowRunner directory.
