How to appear offline?
PC:
Log in to your Steam account and click on “Friends” at the top. After that, select the “Invisible” option from the drop-down menu and enable the “Invisible” option to appear offline.
Xbox:
Go to your home screen on your Xbox, and press the up arrow on your Xbox controller’s D-Pad to select your profile picture. After that, press the “A” button on your controller to bring up your profile, then scroll down and select the “Appear Online” option. It will open a drop-down menu with more options and you have to select the “Appear Offline” option.
PS4:
First, you will need to launch your PS4, go to your PS4 home screen and then navigate to your profile. Click on the “X” button to show up your profile, and go to the ‘Set Online Status’ box. After that, highlight the “Set Online Status” box and select the ‘Appear Offline’ option.
