In this brief guide, you’ll find out the way to call firefighters to save sims from fire in the Sims 4.
Step 1: When a fire starts in your Sim’s home, pause the game immediately by pressing the pause button at the bottom panel of the screen. Next, click on the phone icon in the menu bar at the bottom left corner. Select the blue home icon and click on the ‘Call Fire Department’ option.
Step 2: Your Sim will pick up the phone and call the Fire Department right away. A message will appear in the upper right corner, providing information about the estimated time of arrival of firefighters to your Sim’s home.
Step 3: Once they arrive, the firefighters will start putting out the fire to save your Sim’s life and home. You will also receive insurance payment for the items damaged in the fire.
