This guide will let you know how to change the Autonomy (Enable/Disable) in The Sims 4.
1. You have to go and click on the dotted bar at the top-right of the screen to enter the options menu. You can also press the ESC key on your keyboard.
2. After that, click on game options in this menu.
3. And then tap on Gameplay in Game Options Window.
4. You will need to click on the Arrow and set Autonomy to Full.
5. Press Apply changes button at the bottom right. Now the Sims will do things on their own.
