This guide will let you know how to Change Food items in the Hot bar in Tower Of Fantasy.
It’s very simple to change the food item. You just have to press the alt key and bring up the mouse. Then you go to the bottom where the food item is, press the up arrow, and choose your food. 
That will now be the food you will use whenever you press the food button.
