You first need to go to the main screen and click on the three horizontal lines at the top right of your screen. A drop-down menu will appear and you have to select settings from that menu. After that, go to the game settings by clicking on the gear icon on the top left of your screen. You can now change and choose any match-making region you like by clicking on the arrows on the left and right of that option.
Your ping in the server will also display there. Remember the lower the ms or ping, the faster the game will be. After selecting the region, you have to click on Apply, and then restart your game to apply changes.
