The best way to find them is by rummaging through boxes around San Marcino and Sims 4 city neighborhoods. So the spice market has a lot of these boxes, so it is the best place to start collecting, as shown in the image below.
You can also get them by attending festivals, a swag store at each festival will provide you with a snow globe. The human high drinks festival sells the city skyscraper snow globe, geek con sells the Emily snow globe, the romance festival sells the new crest snow globe, and the spice festival sells the freezer bunny snow globe.
