How to defeat Lone Shadow Masanaga:
Use Living force + abduction + double ichimonji combination. This is one of the most lethal combos in the entire game and it deals massive amounts of damage.
Move out of the building and use another combination this time to counter the boss. This would be R2 (Abduction) + R1 (Chasing Slice) + R1R2 (Ichimonji).
Abduction features make it impossible for the enemy to block your attacks and double ichimonji provides extensive damage to him. This is the most deadly combo in the Sekiro game.
