The pillars he jumps between are the first things to destroy. When Lord Elius jumps between these pillars, you must dodge his attacks, but if you kill, you can use your magic to destroy these pillars. But if he keeps switching between the pillars, you need to wait for him to use his moves and then attack him.
You can also use the range moves to attack him. Just make sure to hit him when he’s on the ground and dodge the arrows he shoots in the air. You can blow up the pillars when he is spawning, and once he comes on the ground, keep spamming your main attacks until he is dead.
