When you leave your safe house, you will receive a phone call, and when you pick up the phone, you will find the S symbol on the map. So you have to use your car and get to the exact spot on the map. You will see that you have become an employee of the month when you get there.
You will get a mission in which you have to go with Namar to the beach to steal a bike from there. You will need to pick a car from the parking lot and go to the yellow color destination on the map, leading you to Vespucci beach, as shown in the image below.
When you get there, you need to park your car on the side of the road, then climb the door and go inside. While moving forward, you will find three garages at the end of the area. You will find two small garages on the left side and one big garage on the right side. So now you have to open small garages first where you will find a bullet-proof jacket.
When you open the last garage, the gang members in that street will come out and start shooting at you. You have to pick a gun and start killing the gang members while staying on the cover because if you go open, they will easily kill you, and the mission will fail, as shown in the image below.
While killing them, you will see that one of the gang members will try to escape on a green bike, so you have to go out and follow him. You have to kill him and bring his bike back to the garage where your destination is when you find him. When you get there, you will find Lamer, so you need to hand over the bike to Lamer to complete the mission.
