To start off, you will need to head to Fortuna before anything. There are three ways you can get Debt Bonds; the first way is by talking to Eudico and completing the Fortuna bounties, there’s a chance you will get Debt Bonds as a reward for completing stages of the bounty.
The easiest way to get standing in Fortuna is by simply turning in Debt Bonds to the ticker. You can also get Debt Bonds by killing the profit taker if you have that option available to you.
The last way you can get them is by simply buying them using credits and materials from the ticker which you can find on the 2nd floor of Fortuna. It is also where you will turn in your Debt Bonds for standing.
