To find the Cyclops in the Assassin’s Creed Odyssey, you must be on Level 45. You have to do a few quests on Kythera Island. Firstly you need to complete A God Among Men quest. You can see the marked location on the map in the image below.
Once you finish completing the quest, it will lead you to Left to Die’s second quest. You can complete this quest very easily.
After you finish the second quest, you need to complete the third quest Stairway to Olympos. There you will find the Cyclops.
After that, you have to come to the Forgotten Isle and then go inside the entrance, as shown in the image below.
You need to come down to the broken floor and go straight until you come over the edge. Now jump under the water and swim to get to the door on the other side. There you will talk to the Empedockles. Then open the door from the key, and you will find the Cyclops there.
