Find a metal key ring and a paper
You must go to the top floor and clear out the area to find these two items.
Step 1: You will need to get inside the Friedmind HQ, head to the top floor, and clear it out by killing all the guards.
Step 2: After that, find a metal key ring and a piece of paper with Labrat’s picture. Both of these items spawn randomly.
Rescue Labrat
To rescue Labrat, make your way to the basement and escape after getting Lbrat in your car.
Step 1: Head to the basement by eliminating all the guards on the stairs and then open up the door to the basement using the metal key.
Step 2: Once there, Dr. Isiah Friedlander will introduce himself to you and you will find that he is using Labrat for a pharmaceutical drug trade empire. You will also find Luchadora there.
Step 3: The lights will suddenly turn off and when they are back on, Dr. Isiah Friedlander will disappear. You need to bring Labrat into the vehicle and take it to Freak shop. It will complete the mission.
