ATMs play a prominent role in GTA 5 Online as players can deposit and withdraw money from their bank accounts to get items, weapons, and cars for missions or deposit their hard-earned money safely into bank accounts. Go through the guide and follow the simple instructions to find an ATM.
ATMs are usually near Gas stations, Convenience stores, Banks, and Clothing stores.
Toggle Quick GPS
First, you must open the Interaction Menu to find the ATM locations. It can be accessed by pressing the Touchpad for PS4 users and the Back Button for Xbox 360 users.
In the Interaction Menu, toggle through the Quick GPS options and select the ATM option, as shown in the image below.
Enabling this option will highlight the closest ATM location on your mini-map. It will also set out a purple route on the mini-map to easily reach the nearest ATM.
Although there are 19 ATMs scattered around Los Santos, you will only find some of them using the Quick GPS mechanism. By pressing the Options button from your controller and opening the map, players must scroll down in the right menu and select the Store option. You will find 20 stores on the map, so players must go to the Store closest to their current location.
It will set a waypoint to the closest Store. Heading to the Store, players should look out for robbers or suspicious persons nearby. Once it’s safe, players can use the ATM inside or outside the multiple stores.
