If you are new to the game, you first have to follow the tutorial and complete the first quest. After that, get to the pillar of the sevens, and you will have to kill the mobs using your abilities and complete the mission to unlock the settings menu.
When the mobs are dead, and the mission is completed you will see the settings menu icon on the top left side of the screen, as shown in the image below.
You will need to open the game menu options and tap on the settings menu to open up the settings. You can adjust your camera settings, controls for the gameplay, graphics for your device, and you can also customize the chat volume there.
