How to Find the Alien Containment Blueprint in Subnautica

This guide will let you know how to find the Alien Containment Blueprint in Subnautica.

Starting from the coral tube sticking up out of the water, you will need to head 2 bumps or 2 in half bumps to the right of the northeast until you reach a wreck in the bulb zone.

It is recommended to have a sea moth with an Mk2  Depth module and perimeter defense, a Seaglide, a high capacity O2 tank, a knife, and a scanner. (Gear for both Locations).

The main threats you will encounter in the bulb zone are the Ampeel, which you have to avoid as best as possible, and the bone shark, which you can use the perimeter defense against, or the stasis rifle and knife to kill either of the creatures.

Starting from the Coral tube, you will need to head about 2 bumps to the right of the south until you reach a wreck in the grand reef.

The main threats you will encounter in the grand reef caves are the crab squid that can disable your vehicle and electronics and the warper that can warp you while in or out of your vehicle. You can use the perimeter defense against them if they get close, but you can attack the warper enough with the knife until it warps away, or you can avoid it.

Once you reach the first wreck, you will need to head southwest or half bump to the right or left of southwest until you reach/see a large hole in the ground, and it will lead you to the grand reef caves.

It is the large hole you’re looking for.

Once you’ve gone down the large hole and are in the cave,  you will need to head north to come across Degasi Scabase.
