1- First of all, you have to restart the game. If you have launched the game, you have to close it, then restart it and check the controller if it is working or not.

2- If your controller is still not working, then you have to restart your PC and check your controller.

3- Now you have to open Steam, go to the library, and then find the game. After finding the game, right-click on it and then click on the properties. Now you need to click on the controller tab, then select Disable Steam input and check the controller. If this does not help you, then go back and enable Steam input.
