The first thing you will need to do is install the CIA file in your Citra emulator. For this, you have to open the emulator, then select the game, and click on the file in the top left corner of your screen. From the drop-down menu, you need to click on Install CIA.
It will pop up the load file window, you have to go into downloads and then go into the compressed folder. After that, go into the game folder, select the CIA file and click on Open. Then the error message will pop up again.

After this, go to the folder where you have kept the Batch CIA 3DS Decryptor and then extract this folder. Go into this folder and then again go into downloads. After that, go into the compressed folder and then go into the game folder. Select the CIA file copy this file and paste this into the Batch folder.
After this, you have to open the Batch CIA 3DS Decryptor. It will take some time, and you have to wait, and you will get a new file whose type is CCI file in the same folder. You need to drag this file and drop it on the Citra emulator and then the game will start working.
