1- First, go to file explorer, then go to C drive and navigate to Users. Go to your user which is admin, then you must go to documents, and navigate to My games. Go to forming simulator 2022 folder and you’ll find the game. XML file there.

2- Right-click on it, then open it with a notepad and go to the renderer. You need to change d3d from 12 to 11 or to 10 and then press ctrl+s to save this file. After that, launch the game and hopefully, your error will be fixed.
