1- First, you must ensure that your Windows is fully updated. For this, you need to go to the bottom left side of your screen to the search button, write “update” on it and click on “check for update.”
2- A new window will pop up, navigate down, and click “check for updates.” It will scan your machine to see if there are any updates available.
3- Now, open Steam, then find FIFA 23, right-click on it, and go to properties. After that, click on the local files on the left side of your screen, and click on the verify integrity of the game files.
4- It will make sure that no file of the game is missing, and also it will see if any of the game files are corrupted. After that, launch the game and see if it fixes your issue.
5- Then select the General tab from the left side and then Under the launch options, enter the following command -dx11. After that, launch the game, and your error will be fixed.
6- Right-click on the taskbar, select task manager and expand the Display Adaptors. There, you will find your graphics card.
7- Then expand the Display adapter as it will show you your graphics card, then right-click on it and click on disable the device. After that, enable it back and click on Update Drivers.

9- Also make sure that you must close all the programs running in the background as they cause issues in the game launching. So before launching the game, close all the programs running in the background.
10- You need to unplug any devices plugged into your PC. Then unplug the USB, microphones, etc just don’t unplug the keyboard and mouse. After that, launch the game and see if this fixes your problem.
