1- First, you will need to reinstall the Ea anti-cheat servers. You can do it by going to the location where you have installed FIFA. After reaching the game location, open the installer and EA anti-cheat folder. There, you will find the installer file.
2- Double-click on this file, and a new window will open in front of you. Select Fifa 23 from the dropdown menu, click on Install, and select FIFA 23. After that, click on the Install button to install the servers.
After that, launch the game and check if it solves the issue.

After reaching this site, scroll down, and you will find the download the EA installer link. You need to click on this link as it will start downloading the anti-cheat installer.

Also, close everything running in the background.
7- If your issue is still not fixed, click on the Windows button and search System Configuration. Open it up, go to the Services tab, and uncheck marked all the Microsoft programs by clicking on hide all Microsoft services at the bottom left of your screen. Then unselect as many options as possible, click on Disable All, and then click on Apply.
Afterward, go to the Start-up tab on your screen and click on Open Task Manager. Disable all the apps here by right-clicking on the app and then selecting Disable. Hopefully, it will fix your issue.
8- If you still face the issue, ensure no other account is signed into your computer. Right-click on the Taskbar, click on Task Manager, and select Users from the top of your screen. Select the user and sign out if you find more than one account listed. After that, launch the game and check if it fixes your issue.
