First, you have to change the bios file os Pcsx2. For this, you need to go to the emulator directory where you have installed this emulator and enter the Pcsx2 folder. Go into the bios folder, delete all the files in the bios folder, and then you have to click on the button given below and download the new bios file. Once the download completes, you need to copy the new bios files and paste them into the emulator bios folder.
After that, open the emulator and click on CDVD then from the drop-down menu. You have to click on ISO selector and then from the extended menu, you need to click on Clear ISO list. Also, make sure that the “Always ask when booting” option is selected.
Click on the System tab, and then select Boot ISO(Fast), as it is for the latest version of the Pcs x2. It will open the disk folder and you have to choose the right disk file for the Pcs x2. After this, your game will load and your error will be fixed.
