You will first need to go to the main menu and press the F1 button from the PC to open up the settings menu. You have to tap on the video tab and scroll down from the left menu until you find the minimum and maximum frame rate options.
Under the maximum frame rate option, you will need to unselect the VSYNC option, and then you will see that the minimum and maximum frame rate will change to zero. After that, choose the custom option, and then you have to enter the value with your gameplay. After that, tap on the maximum frame rate option, choose the custom option and change the frame rate to the unlocked option.
