If you are having input delay issues when playing Subway Surfers on a computer, then this guide will let you know how to fix this issue.
Once you have Subway Surfers opened, you will need to press the game controls button.
After that, press Controls Editor, then find a little gear icon and click on it. Once you’re here, you need to change the speed from 500 to 1500 or 1250, or even 2000. After that, click on Save and it will fix the input delay.
