This error occurs because your PlayStation is not activated. Or maybe you are just getting the game sharing error caused when you share your PlayStation account with your friend, and he activates the account in his PlayStation as the main source and kicks you out as a primary user for that account. Because when you share your PlayStation account with anyone else, he needs to activate his PlayStation as a primary PlayStation and if they don’t, he will not be able to play the game.
There are two ways to solve this error.
Method 1:

When you click on the Yes button, it will deactivate all of your PlayStation 4 activated accounts. After that, go back to your PlayStation 4, go to the settings and click on the Account Management option. Navigate to the “Activate as Your Primary PS4” option and click on the activate button, as shown in the image below.
It will resolve the error, and you are good to play the game on PlayStation 4.
