This guide will explain to you how to fix your friends list which is not loading on your PlayStation 5. You simply need to follow the steps in this guide to fix this issue.
First of all, press the PlayStation button to open the quick menu and select the Power bar. Turn off your PlayStation 5 and shut down all the applications and games.
Next, you have to go to settings and navigate to Users and Accounts. After that, go to the ‘other’ options and select Sign out, you will just need your account name and password to re-log back, you might have sign-in issues.
Now go back to settings again, and click on the Network option. Select the settings icon shown on the next page, go to Set Up Internet Connection, and find your internet connection which is connected right at that moment. Right-click on it and go to advanced settings from where you need to click DNS settings and then check it to manual mode. Then o to the primary DNS option and set it to 8.8.8.8 and later go to secondary DNS and type 8.8.4.4. Now you will go to the bottom of the page and select MTU settings and check it to manual. After that, go to MTU, type 1472, then click on OK and reconnect to the network.
It is also recommended to unplug your modem from the router and leave them for at least 1 minute and view the status of the PlayStation. As the PlayStation network might be down, and it may be the reason that it is not loading anything properly.
