The first thing you will need to do is go to your history and refresh your list; you have to press the L2 button from the controller to refresh the list of servers. If you are playing on Thursday, then there will be a chance that the servers will not be available, so you have to wait until all of them appear.
If you press the triangle button, you can specifically search for any servers. If you know the server name, you have to enter that name in the search bar and press the X button to start the search. If you press the square button, you can also add filters and search the servers by region, as shown in the image below.
Once you play the server and like it, you can also add it to favorites. It will appear in the favorites tab, and you have to press the R2 button under the server to favorite it. Once you favorite it, you can easily access the server anytime in the game.
