This guide will tell you how to fix the Sound & Mic Not Working in Overwatch 2 on a PC.
1- You have to boot up your game and click on options. From the menu, you have to go to options again and select the Sound tab from the top of your screen. After that, press the L2 or R2 button to go to the voice chat. Now under the Voice volume, you have to make sure that the voice chat volume and voice chat mic volume are set to 80 or more. After this, navigate under the Channels and set the Group Voice chat and Team Voice to Auto-join and also make sure that the match voice chat is turned On. Then navigate under the Capture and set the Voice chat mode to “Open Mic”, it will automatically turn on the mic when you speak.

2- After this, go to your desktop and click on the Windows button. Then go to settings, navigate to Sound settings and make sure that your input and output devices are correct. After that, make sure that your volume is set to high.

3- Now you have to come under Advanced and click on More sound settings. A small window will open up, you have to right-click on the speaker, and set it as default.

After that, click on the recording tab from the top and scroll down until you find the microphone. You have to set it to Default.

4- After this, you have to click on volume mixer and then find Overwatch 2 in this list. Make sure that its volume is turned On. Then expand it and the output should be set to the speaker and the input should be set to the Microphone.
