To solve this problem, you have to change or upgrade the version of your Bluestack 5 game. The version of the game is shown in the picture below. Hopefully, it will solve your problem.

For this, you have to go to the settings of your game and click on Memory allocation on the right screen. The official website of the game recommends that you should have 4 GB Ram in your PC, so that you will be able to use 2 GB of your Ram in the game.
You will find see CPU allocation on the top of the right screen, you need to keep it to 4 core or 3 core. It will give you 50 to 60 FPS and your game will run smoothly. In case, you have one or two cores, you can also use that.
If you have graphics card on your PC, it will give your game an extra boost, FPS and your gameplay will also become smooth. Go to the graphics option in your setting and you will find an option called GPU, you need to turn it on.
After that, go to your device setting and go to devise profile on the right, and select ASUS ROG 2. You can also select your preferred network provider and click on the Save Changes button.
