Select this then you have to click on manage game and then you have to select the controller configuration on the right side of your screen. here you have to make sure that your controller is set up properly.

After this, you have to go back and then you have to go to the controller options to make sure that you are playing the game with global settings. After this launch the game again and see if your issue is fixed. If still your issue is not resolved then you have to come back to the controller option and then you have to try setting this to Forced OFF or setting this to force On.
