To solve this issue, you can also use the VPN, but it will not work well, so you have to change the steam region through which you have to pay for every game in a different currency, and also you can only change the region once.
So if you don’t want to change the region, you have to create a new steam account while using a VPN in another country, and when it is done, you can activate the key or purchase it through steam.
